Incomplete Items

Create an Incomplete Items report to focus on Items missing UPC codes, with zero ship weight and recent activity, or both.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Exceptions.
Grant permission to the individual report > Exceptions > Incomplete Items.

Create Your Report

Use the drop down list in Show Items with to choose the type of report created.

  • Missing UPCs- Will include Items with no UPC code.
  • Zero Weight and Recent Activity- Will include Items with no Ship Weight and recent activity.
  • Either Missing- Will include items missing a UPC or has Zero Weight. This report prints in numerical order by Item ID and does not indicate what is missing from the item.

Choose Group by Vendor and/or Group by Category to select how the items will be displayed on report.

In Category, All is selected by default. Modify the report by selecting one or multiple Item Categories.

Retain the default of All Vendors in Vendor Selection or choose One Vendor and enter a Vendor ID or click F12 to search.

Select to Export the produced report to the Location chosen in .

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
